Welcome to Henvros. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Henry Rivardo ("Henvros," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Henvros mobile application and all associated services (collectively, the "Service") across all supported platforms, including Apple iOS and Google Android.

By accessing or using Henvros, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

1.1 Limited License

Henvros grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Service on devices that you own or control, subject to the usage rules of the platform from which you downloaded the application (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

1.2 Restrictions

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary systems.

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content.

• Bypass any technical limitations, digital rights management, or subscription controls.

HENVROS IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER. THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

2.1 Informational Purposes

All fitness plans, nutrition insights, and AI-generated coaching are for general informational purposes only. They are generated through proprietary algorithms and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation.

2.2 Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with any physical activity or dietary changes you undertake based on information provided by the Service. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.

Henvros offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions. All payments are processed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• iOS Users: Manage via Apple ID Account Settings.

• Android Users: Manage via Google Play Subscription Center.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds are governed by the policies of the respective platform.

• For iOS, contact Apple Support.

• For Android, follow Google Play’s refund request process.

4.1 AI Image Generation

Henvros provides AI-powered tools to generate images and content. You are solely responsible for the prompts you provide and the resulting output.

4.2 Prohibited Content (UGC Policy)

In compliance with Apple and Google Play safety standards, you agree not to generate or share content that is:

• Sexually explicit, violent, or promotes self-harm.

• Defamatory, harassing, or hate speech.

• Infringing on third-party intellectual property.

4.3 Enforcement

We implement automated and manual moderation. We reserve the right to remove prohibited content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards without notice.

5.1 Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5.2 Account Deletion

In compliance with platform requirements, you may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:

• In-App: Profile > Delete Account.

• Support: Email henryrivardo@outlook.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request."

The Henvros application, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Henry Rivardo. We do not disclose our specific technology stack, AI models, or proprietary data processing methods to protect our trade secrets.

The Service is intended for use by individuals aged 13 and older (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction). By using Henvros, you represent that you meet this requirement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HENRY RIVARDO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of your jurisdiction.
